R2’s Cell Performance Reports (CPR) evaluates the quality of the components of each individual cell and determine the optimal replacement time. R2 developed a unique method to estimate the current efficiency (±0.25%) for each individual membrane, as well as a coating evaluation for each cell. The CPR displays performance in economic terms so that the user can easily calculate the payback of any maintenance activity.

This information is combined with the Asset Management Tool (AMT), a fully customizable component database that stores all relevant cell component characteristics and tracks the cell assemblies and their components throughout their operational lifetimes within a plant.
